Global recognition for FTSE at industry awards

FTSE was delighted to come away with two awards this quarter. The first was for Best Local Index Provider at the Asian Investor 2011 Service Provider Awards. This award acknowledges the best providers in asset services, prime broking, audit/legal/indexing, and trading and execution. We were recognised for our commitment to working closely with clients with specific local needs and delivering optimal solutions to a range of customers.

We also picked up the Structured Products Index Innovation of the Year award. In a competitive category, this was presented to FTSE for our innovations in the index space in the last year with particular mention of our collaboration with over 20 exchanges, asset class specialists and research houses worldwide and our focus on non market-cap index solutions, offering investors different approaches to index construction.
